Privacy Policy

This is a general-purpose policy prepared for a small informational website, not a legal document drafted by a law firm. If you need legally binding privacy terms for your jurisdiction, consult a qualified professional.

What we collect

Ticker Fight collects the minimum information needed to operate:

  • Fight submissions: the token names, tickers, contract addresses, DEX pair addresses, network, an optional short introduction, and an optional contact field you choose to provide through the "Submit a Fight" form.
  • Technical data for abuse prevention: a one-way hashed version of your IP address is stored temporarily to enforce rate limits on submissions and admin login attempts. The raw IP address itself is not stored in a reversible form.
  • Admin account data: if you are a site administrator, your username and a securely hashed password (never the plaintext password) are stored to operate the admin area.
  • Optional analytics: if the site owner has configured an analytics snippet ID in settings, a third-party analytics tool they control may collect standard visit data. This is disabled by default.

What we do not collect

We do not collect payment information, do not require account creation to browse the site, and do not sell or share submitted data with third parties for marketing purposes.

How submission data is used

Fight submissions are reviewed by an administrator before any fight is published. Rejected or duplicate submissions are retained for audit purposes but are never published publicly with contact information attached.

Cookies

The site uses a single session cookie for admin authentication. No tracking or advertising cookies are set by Ticker Fight itself.

Data retention

Submission records, rate-limit records, and login-attempt logs are retained for operational and security purposes. An administrator can purge old logs from the Data Tools section of the admin area.
